PAYMENT TYPES
Bourgeois Bee Ltd accepts online payments with most major credit and debit cards.
All payments are processed through Paypal which is secure, and uses the latest SSL encryption technology. Please note that if you do not already have an existing Paypal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly before completing your order.

DELIVERY
Please note that we currently only make deliveries to customers in the UK.
Standard delivery charges for postage & packaging is £4.50. However, for orders that exceed £80.00 postage & packaging will be FREE. If you have purchased multiple items and would like them to be despatched in one delivery, please notify us via email ASAP – sales@bourgeoisbee.co.uk

Orders are sent out via Royal Mail, and we aim to despatch orders within three to four working days. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your products have been despatched. A tracking number is available on request.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

SIZES
All sizes are shown in UK sizes.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags on within 10 days of receipt. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery. Please return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice to:

Please send your unwanted items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
